Anyone got a rough idea how much it would cost to replace fascia and soffit boards on a three bed ex council house in Llanishen (front and back)
Also the soil pipe needs the bit at the top which goes above roof level replaced (at least I hope that is all that is wrong with it!!). Any thoughts on cost for this?

Got a mate who has taken over my customer list and without looking at the property, I would say £1200 would cover fascia, soffit, gutters, downpipes and eaves fillers if required.
If scaffolding is required, because of obstructions, add about £250 to £300 a SIDE.
If you want me to have a look (free), and give a fixed price, not a problem.
PS:---- Could be cheaper, but it's hard without seeing the job
