From what I've seen of him he looks the sort of player that would fit in well.
Covers a lot of ground, gets stuck in/fired-up and has top-flight experience. Workhorse that is also fairly decent on the ball. Wants first-team football. Good age too.
That's probably jinxed it.
Another player older than 25. We're not going to be short of experience this year whatever happens.
That sounds too negative, it would be a good and welcome purchase in my opinion.

Always thought he was a decent player. Quite surprised they are letting him go, if true.
They have just bought lerma for £27m and gosling is holding one of the midfield spots, Arter is quoted as saying if I am sat on the bench all the time i may have to move to get game time!
They've signed Jefferson Lerma and have Lewis Cook to play next to him. Arter had a bit part role last season and he's been vocal about wanting to play this season.
Should be able to recoup most of that if relegated, so not a massive risk
We need a mid-fielder and that's what he is.
Not going to get much better with our budget.
I'd prefer Arter at 10 rather than Grealish at 20.

Nixon is right up his own backside, puts snipits out and if anyone questions him or wants to debate he blocks them like a spoilt child. I've got him on twitter and laugh at all of those on his coat tails, Any news on Leeds 'Al' Any news on Sunderland 'Al'. He doesn't reply to any of them, of course. He gets some stuff right but comes across as a real I am and attention seeker.
