TalkSport said that Watford are keen to sign Arter but won’t pay £10 million. They also said that Arter doesn’t want to join Cardiff and is happy to fight for a place in the Cherries first team despite the fact that he hasn’t played any Premier League football since January .

Another one bites the dust. A shame as he is exactly what we need IMHO.
