    Chelsea 1-1 Cardiff.

Ahead early, defend well against wave after wave of attacks. Unlucky on the break a couple of times but heroically hang on for a triffic point.

4-1 I'm afraid. Zohore to get a late consolation after coming on from the bench.

Don't remind me of 6-0.....was at the game at Stamford Bridge season 1961-62 when we were either 5 or 6 nil down at half time.....Bobby Tamblin also hit the bar from about 35 years in second half. I remember I was up in the gods in the very steep stand at that time. We got relegated that year of course....not bottom...who were bottom? CHELSEA!! My friend Dilwyn John fell out of favour after that game although he wasn't at fault with any of the goals.
We also got hammered 6-1 the previous season.

Overall though, not too bad a record against Chelsea W15 L18 D10.....

I played bowls against Dilwyn when he played for Abertridwr. Excellent bowler and nice bloke. Although he did very scarily walk the entire length of the green to suggest politely to one of our players who had suggested impropriety on Dilwyn's part that he was mistaken. Our guy shat himself and Dilwyn then walked slowly back.

Love it that your friend is Dilwyn John yet you go under the name of Maurice Swan, do you use Graham Vearncombe as another nom de plume? 😂😂😂

Ladbrokes are quoting 20-1 for a home win next Saturday. That's the highest price I've ever seen offered to beat anyone in Cardiff.

Exactly! But having only 2 days rest may just take the edge off 1 or 2. Clutching at straws really.
