You ask me what Glamorgan's brand name is and I'd answer Dragons, but only because I'm taking a logical guess in the same way as I would opt for Foxes for Leicestershire - I know that Warwickshire become Birmingham for 20/20, but beyond that I've not got a clue, am I typical of my generation of cricket fans in being like that I wonder?

Although such re-branding comes over as a vulgar Americanism it's also amusing that football in this country chose to typify many teams in wimpish style: bluebirds, canaries, magpies, robins etc (all nicknames and colour related, to be fair).
The canaries v the bluebirds much seem less than a titanic battle to the US market....
