    FT: MAN CITY 6 - 1 HUDDERSFIELD

Next weeks opponents Huddersfield face the Champions at The Etihad.

I'm dumb enough not to know Huddersfield's squad but it seems they are a couple of players down today , so make three changes and bring in two players who've barely played in the last year.

Not sure that Arter had played much lately!
With a bit of luck we will still be a couple of places above the drop by the end of the day.

The first goal was 'beautiful, intelligent football' - the keeper booted it long to the centre forward if we had done it it would be taking football back to the dark ages

Looks like we'll be facing a different keeper next week

    3-0

    Man City are scarily good!

I think we look a bit precious when we say stuff like this. Surely you can see the difference between their first goal and what we did at the back end of last season?

It was the variation that caught Huddersfield out. Every goal kick up to that point had been played short so Huddersfield were sucked in and Aguero's run was superb. What we done was everyone was lined up in shape and we pumped the ball up to Paterson who flicked the ball on!

Hopefully this deflates them for next week. Looking good for us on GD mind.

    6-1 o.g.

I hope we have a go at these next week and not sit back and hope to nick something.

Their defence was poor in their promotion season. Still is. We must have a go at them.

Approach it like a Championship game.

Gotta score next week, preferably first
