If you zoom in you can see a few, and there must have been some as the crowd was about 1800 below segregated capacity and only 4-500 of these seats were in the Newcastle end, plus there were empty seats in ‘sold out’ areas but even then it looks a fine sight 👍

Surely the main issue is that the 30000 people who were there wanted to be there and the empty unsold seats were because a couple of thousand didn't want to be there?

For me enjoyed the game enjoyed the atmosphere and came away happy at the end of a tough week in work. Looking forward to the rest of the season as usual.
