As couple of weeks back, on holiday, i parked in a nearly empty hotel car park in North Wales and went inside for lunch with the missus.
Just had one of those Parking Eye tickets. There was no sign to warn I had to register in hotel and noone in the hotel mentioned the need to.
I will be contacting the hotel, but either way will not be paying.
Do you think I was the one being inconsiderate Kris?

The "Parking Notice" is a contract. If there were no signs to say there was a contract in place, there is no charge to pay.
