One of the best players we’ve had. So laid back, he was horizontal. Never celebrated a goal wildly. Just as cool as.
His goal against Boro in our FA cup final run was sublime, and contributed to the best away performance in living memory for me.
Good luck to him in whatever he chooses to do next.
Saw that video of his league goals yesterday, almost felt emotional, brought back some great memories.

I'm aware of both. I'm not aware of anything that says they were better footballers than Peter Whittingham.

That video is a reminder of what football, not just Cardiff, had the pleasure of witnessing during his time playing for us. So many of those goals are simply spectacular in the pace and accuracy he gets into his shot

Gutted to see him go at the time but maybe Warnock got it right.
Too many amazing moments in his Cardiff City tenure to pick the best.
    No maybe.. he did!

Surprised he didn't do anything for Blackburn. The main problem was he wasn't used to take set pieces and that was probably his best asset. Although sometimes he wouldn't be our best player every game he would give us at least 2 good chances to score.

Although his free-kick record isn't great late on you always felt like it was a good opportunity.

Scored so many superb goals the one against Barnsley has to be one of the best in Cardiff history
