Not sure I can understand his position in this clip of the interview. Suggesting that, when he was at Fulham and thought he'd get a contract, he had a mortgage, was paying for cars and couldn't really afford to play in League 1.

Simple, he was living beyond his means or would be playing lower league, I think his attitude shows a lot about the state of todays game and the obscene wages.

IMO needs a wake up call on the pitch, seems so slow witted at times, as well as slow generally.

I'd say he's doing a solid job for us considering his lack of experience at this level and what he cost.
