If you include "kids" as up to 40. Loads of "adults" out over the weekend at Halloween parties dressed like the Addams family or whatever.

I was referring specifically to the treat or treat aspect. Which it seems is what the OP has a problem with. Surely no one can object to people dressing up and having a laugh?
