Would people have stopped and watched something mad happening pre-mobiles ? If this were happening on Queen Street, would you get a “crowd” watching ?

The recording on a mobile is an addition to what I imagine would have always been the case....no?

Recording it on your phone is feckin weird though , it’s got to be said. I always had the dutch down as a more sensible people as well. Seems unlike them.
