Another shambles of a goal from a defensive point of view. Morrison is also pointing at the invisible man to go and cover Manga instead of going across himself.

Not totally his fault but he allows himself to get dragged around and starts chasing the ball too easily. He should have made it harder for them to get behind him so easily rather than trotting into midfield to close down then running round in circles.
Yes I know that could give them more time in midfield on the ball but there were enough bodies there to deal with it.
Very slow from Bennett though. Shame as I thought he had an ok game actually.
Agree he should have had more support BUT as the move progressed he leaves Chilwell and gets caught neither closing Albrighton down or tracking Chilwell.Morrison shouts and points at the danger , maybe Morrison could have gone to Chilwell?
All I all , It’s yet another poor goal conceded this season , I thought we needed a right back all summer as many others did and Manga is trying his best but should be playing centre half.
Bennett has been very good so far this season- our left side with him and Murphy has been a real strength, but he was kipping for the goal and needs to switch on.
Mind you, there were 3-4 marking fresh air when that ball came in. It was a poor goal which again could have been avoided with better organisation and communication

Chilwell looked very bit the class player the media make out. To have a player like that at left back is a major plus for any side..
Manga was caught out a few times, but was left isolated by the rest of his team. When he went to mark someone a Leicester player overlapped behind him and wasn't picked up. Bennett was generally very good yesterday apart from when he was slow to react when Gary scored. Playing a proper striker up front and getting proper right back would help the team immensely.
I haven't seen the goal back, so can't comment. What I have noticed is that Morrison doesn't like to move from his central position when Manga is in trouble, and he should, it's his job, basic stuff. If the ball is coming down our right, then a central defender should pull across and help the fullback, all that happens then is that the left back and left midfielder drops in, with the left back covering for Morrison and the left midfielder covering for the left fullback. Manga isn't great, but Morrison does leave him isolated on times.
The forearm smash on Murphy about 10 seconds before the goal didn’t exactly help the cause, shocking refereeing.
Didn’t notice that, but did notice Gunnar getting robbed in the build up and then standing and moaning after it. Don’t think that helped.
^^This. He should have got his butt back to cover, instead of whinging. He made a good tackle to win the ball, showed he did not have the quickness to get the ball moving afterwards and Vardy nicked off his feet and made the pass that got the passage of play moving quickly.
