I've seen worse penalties so I'm not going to say him off for missing one. However I do think he is our weakest player in the team. His delivery is sometimes ok from corners is the best I can say. I'd rather us get a central midfielder than a striker in the window someone who can either defend or pass or attack but as long as he does something it would be an improvement.
He has been a passenger since he came back into the team. Needs to be dropped.
Have previously been a big fan of Ralls, he has low key been a very good servant of the club, but his form over his last five games or so has been dire, especially the last two. Hasn't really affected this game in any positive manner, get him off for the rest of the game.

The annoying thing with Ralls is that it prevents us from playing our best trio, Arter-Gunnar-Camarasa in the middle, it feels like we only play him to have a left footer in the middle
Huddersfield and Watford losing with Palace 3-0 down at Brighton so results are going ok for us elsewhere

Maybe when NML is back that'll be the opportunity to put Camarasa in the middle and start two of NML/Murphy/Kadeem/Junior/Signing. Ralls out. Form just hasn't been good enough. He can always work his way back in to the team. But he should be nowhere near it based on current form.
It is Ralls and I think that’s only the first, maybe 2nd he’s missed and he’s done it under pressure before.
However, his confidence is low, and after the Everton game I said if we’d got a pen he would take it and probably miss.
Would have been better giving it to someone else, but then that’s not really going to help his confidence is it ?

The worrying thing is that West Ham have been piss poor and still making us look bad.
Would have been easier to take if we'd been outclassed.
It's amazing that we've won games with Manga as a right back.
