Looking at the Philippines fixtures for the Asian Cup, he is definitely missing the cup tie, hudderfsield home and probably Newcastle away. Wonder what the likelihood is that he misses Spurs at home ?
He's improved so much from start of last season. Hes good off his line but I'm still not convinced by him . Never comes for anything from crosses and maybe if he did that might not have conceded so many from.set pieces.
Smithies was certainly higher regarded in championship than Etheridge
Perhaps he needs to borrow Vinnies private jet so he can leave straight after the Spurs game.
