    Jeremy Corbyn’s comment....

Whatever it was, indeed if he did call her a stupid woman I can’t belive the coverage over this.

I’ve been a critic of his but he bossed PMQ’s today, she came back with some stupid trite comment making light of this serious situation and in fairness he expressed the exasperation many of us felt and suddenly it’s front page news.

Never thought I’d say this but **** this country fair play we almost deserve the shit a no Brexit deal would cause.

Hopefully 6 lotto numbers tonight will see me **** right off out of here and Cork here I’d come...

It's obvious from his lip movement that he said stupid people.

Yes a lot of fuss over nothing , the best bit was the speaker going very red in the face after being accused of the same , and not taking action .

Not a great day for Labour with one of JC's young prospects Fiona Onasanya in the Old Bailey as well, possible awkward by election looming .

Thank God there are no burning issues about.

I listened to PMQs on my car radio and would disagree with you about how Corbyn "bossed" the exchanges with May - I thought they were both as bad as one and another.

That's by the by though, because the issue here is what he is supposed to have said and my attitude to that is one of total bemusement. We appear to have reached a stage now in some people's minds where if you use the words "stupid woman" to describe a female, it is not the word "stupid" that the subject of the remark takes offence at, but the word "woman"!

Now, there are at least two females who use this board that I'm aware of and I would welcome one of them telling me what I might be missing here - I was brought up with the belief that the word "woman" was a perfectly acceptable way of describing someone of the opposite sex, when did that change?

Ironically, when Labour were having a no confidence vote on Theresa May on Monday I think it was, then they weren't, then they were, then they weren't again, I heard an interview with Jeremy Corbyn where he tied himself up in knots trying to explain what his party was supposed to be doing and at the end of it, I muttered the words "stupid man" to myself. Is there a man alive who would have been more upset at being called a man than they were at being called stupid if they had had that remark directed at them?

There must surely be a good leader some where who could lead one of the two main policies.

    Does anyone know where????

It’s when I see that there are some really clever academics, scientists, businessmen, teachers, lawyers etc etc in this country and then you have those two in prime position it makes you weep.

Must admit, that's what I thought. Now I know that they have asked some lip reading experts to comment and they've said he said "stupid woman", but as anyone who has dealt with expert "opinion" - because that's what it is - will know that for every expert who says white is white, there is one that says white is black.

This has been a typical deflection tactic from the serious issues the UK is facing.

The lips move outwards when you say a word beginning with "W". Regarding experts, they are used to add weight to any outcome you are trying to influence.

it all depends if your socialist lip reader or a Tory one ,all I know is when you say women your lips push out , when you say people your lips stretch left and right .

I enjoyed Anne Widdecombe comments this morning ( yes that is a strange admission ) when she said , when women can put up with the word stupid woman, as men do with the same stupid men comment , they then achieve real equality she also thinks Believes the #MeToo Movement Is "Trivial Whinging

I got done for speeding a few years ago, it was a company pool car when the notice came through, there was 2 of us in the frame and the arguments ensued of who it was, I reluctantly took the blame and subsequent naughty boys speed awareness course, I'm still not 100% convinced it was me!!, 38 in a temporary 30 zone. (something like this cannot remember the exact numbers)
