    These Drones over Gatwick

Sussex Police insisted it was not "back to square one" after releasing an arrested man and woman without charge.

It said it was investigating 67 drone sightings but had earlier raised the possibility there may have been no drone at all.

There are quite a few birds of prey that hover then dart off either to ground or to another level before hovering again.

From a considerable distance these birds may have been mistaken for drones.

Apparently none of the police who were called in (or the army) saw any drones.

The only TV news I watch these days is broadcast from Russia. They did pose the question why no footage of the mystery drone or drones supposedly flying above Gatwick appeared on the BBC's, etc, coverage.

Amazing if all the fuss causing £15 million loss was due to no drone at all.

I would imagine that any man-made flying object, however small, would have been recognised by some kind of advanced technology.

I live about 20 miles from GCHQ in Cheltenham. Any actual drone hovering anywhere near that place would be immediately recognised and dealt with by the technology. Ditto for the Kremlin, White House, Buck Palace etc

Presuming it was a PsyOp, what was the purpose? Thus far, no-one has suggested Vladimir Putin or any of his equally super-sinister and ultra evil agents were responsible.
