You're not wrong, if you're saying it then it must be conclusive Palace had no composure in and around the 18 yard box, although on times we did defend pretty well even if it was last- gasp. We definitely need a midfield player or two who have a bit more strength and athleticism as well as the ablity to keep the ball-and a striker who van hold the ball, slow things down, get free kicks etc. This would massively alleviate the pressure put on our back three or four. Sometimes they are so up against it that it's cruel to watch.

Absolutely, Manga's challenge on Wilf was match saving, but overall we could not have complained if we lost 3 - 0. They hot the bar, the post and miust have had six or seven second half efforts alone that went inche over or wide

Kadeem Harris was denied by what looked like a stunning save though and the effort from the defence and keep kept us in the gave to allow us to have that chance.

Spirit amonst the fans was superb and with the determination of the players was a good day for us today.

A very enjoyable game to watch and we did have a few chances. Hoilett fluffed 2-3 golden chances and both Reid and Harris should be disappointed they didn’t bury theirs.

The number of shots on target is a bit misleading. Palace had a number of attempts that were badly wasted over the bar when it should have been easier to score. The one they had when Morrison ballsed up a clearance was probably the worst.
