Prior to the match day 21 they’ve played 5 of the top 7 in the last 6 games so it’s not a case of them over achieving, more a case of them picking up plenty of points against the teams mid to bottom half, which is surely the aim for a club like Bournemouth.

Besides, as it stands with them drawing at the moment they are on course to pick up 4 points from the festive period, same as us, so it’s not like we’ve gained on them.
