    This is one reason that I wouldn’t want the club to go crazy in this transfer window.

    They haven’t done anything in the last ten years.

    I thought our debt to Tan was higher than that ?

    Just a little line from that report - confirmation we received £250K for Emyr Huws, not £1m

    No - much lower. After the latest debt to equity conversion in July 2018 the outstanding club debt to Vincent Tan was reduced to about £50m

    Not sure how it's moved since then, but I doubt he has been adding to it since Premier League money started flowing into the coffers.
