I really dont know why they just cant outlaw all secondary ticket sales. According to the link below its only sellers who sell more than 100 tickets a year.

Lets face, touts are scum of the earth

i have no issue with people having spares and selling them on, even with a 10% lift ( to cover times etc etc )

I thought Ed Sherran had the right idea by only accepting resales on twickets
