Depends when the accusations date from. If they are recent then yes but If they’re historical magistrates probably deemed him no immediate risk to his accusers.
Plus his previous good behaviour.

We have no idea how many complainants there are. If it's his word against one, maybe two, people then he has a fighting chance of being acquitted. Three or more describing similar behaviour would be problematic.
