Thread: February fixtures. Make or break

    February fixtures. Make or break

    Saturday February 2 - Bournemouth (H) 5:30pm - Live on BT Sport

    Saturday February 9 - Southampton (A) 3:00pm

    Friday February 22 - Watford (H) 7:45pm

    Tuesday February 26 - Everton (H) 7:45pm

Four or five points and we may still be in wth a shout.

Less than that and I think the cord will be cut and we won't be making up the gap.

Why not 7 or 8? Bournemouth, Watford and Everton seem to blow hot or cold.

I think we need to win at least two of those matches.

I'd be happy with five points from that. Starting with a win tomorrow and a point from Southhampton and Watford.

We defo need 5 or 6 points minimum.

Burnley have Southampton home, Brighton away, Newcastle away and Palace home in their next 4 games and they are capable of getting 2 or 3 wins from these games.

If they and City beat Southampton it could bring them back in the relegation fight.

Got to try and take points off Saints because they are rivals at bottom of table! Also 3 home games against inconsistent teams.
Feel we might need at least 7 points from these 4 games as that will give us 26 and some above us are only a win away from that total already....anything less than 5 and I fear we might start getting cut adrift.

If we win tomorrow, we'll still be at least 1 point adrift. We need to win at least two of these games, and of course we need to beat Burnley away to be within any chance of survival in my opinion.

A troublesome London derby tomorrow at Selhurst Park. If Fulham win, they go above us until at least tomorrow night. If Palace win, they're almost out of sight. I'm going for a Palace win. The less points Fulham have the better in my opinion.
