Who was the Coventry keeper in that Youth Cup final that Spurs won in 1970?

There's something in the very back of my mind thinking that I heard or read something about this once, but I've long forgotten it by now. Thinking of famous people from Coventry, there would be a forty something year old Vince Hill who was brought in as a ringer and Terry Hall would have been about ten then I'd guess, so he was eligible.

It was David Icke, just scanned the programme for the game but don't know how to add the attachment.

The others were Ivan Crossley (rb), Mick McGuire and Trevor Smith. John Stevenson replaced Smith in the replay.
