I did take my shirt off and run around the office. Not sure the women were pleased to see my fat gut wobbling around.

I successfully changed my password at the first attempt today (8-16 characters including both Upper and lower case letters, a number and a special character), so I ran half way down the office and did a knee slide into the water cooler.
