Di Maria did the same thing (only verbally). Will be interesting to see how each case is treated with. Spanish authorities tend to be heavy-handed and vitriolic so I wouldn't be surprised if Bale's suspension was longer than Di Maria's.

As to him being fresh for Wales, I'd prefer to see hime getting a run for Real after being out for a month.
