The football team that is. They seem to have completely lost the plot.

Loaned Fer to Villa then didn't.
    Then loan Carroll to Villa.
    Loaned Montero to WBA.
Were meant to loan some kid called Dan James to Leeds, with a permanent deal agreed, maybe, unsure, he was at Elland Road and the unveil had been recorded, they pulled the plug on it at the death.

I can't wait for them to go back to the hole they came from.

Yeh, they were referring to an airfix model, with not so strong glued parts and unfinished.

The admin and rented ground aside (although maybe the latter isn't such a big whoop), there were a couple of things I was slightly envious of during their ascent up the divisions. They seemed to have some good common-sense ideas and a plan to hold them in good stead. But if they stuck to it would it have continued to be successful? It's difficult for a club that size (or bigger) to keep spinning gold in a crowded marketplace.

And any team wanting to stay in the Premiership probably needs to commit to paying wages that are unsustainable when relegated.

There playing style was refreshing, to be fair the players they bought were relatively unknown via a very good recruitment plan , what shocks me ,they appeared from the outside to be a modest club ,run on sensible lines ,obviously they weren't.

It sort of all wanted downhill from the alledged incident in the link below (guess they took the family club thing a bit too far )

A short thread on Twitter talking about mistakes in the transfer market and basically having to wait years before clubs can move on. It seems plenty mess things up but if you're not a big club it's difficult to absorb those mistakes.

I do like Potter... on a shortlist to replace Neil if he retires?

He could be good working for good leadership
