I cannot surmise on why a few Cool Flourish directors properties are now empty ( maybe they have been sold & these directors have moved to houses elsewhere? ) I find it quite strange that the Willie McKay mansion & farm are 'also on the market'

The article about Cool Flourish being a mysterious firm listed at Companies House as a management consultancy business is a typical journalistic statement to boost the interest.

Cool Flourish have operated aircraft & are known as Aircraft owners/operators as they have had a few aircraft over the years.
    Between 09-Jul-1999 & 03-Sep-2007 they owned a Twin Engine Cessna 421
    Between 15-Mar-2012 & 04-Aug-2017 they owned a Single Engine Piper PA32
It is assumed that Mark McKay owned a Twin Engine Piper PA31 between 18-Sep-2015 - 11-Oct-2017 under the company name of Excelfoot Ltd ( Most likely Willie McKay using his son as the 'frontman' as WMcK can't be a director of a company )
N264DB PA46 Malibu is most likely to have been a 'company asset' of Cool Flourish that is behind the Screen of Southern Aircraft Consultancy who specialise in providing Individual Trust Agreements for non US residents operating FAA registered aircraft.

Now with the Cool Flourish directors going AWOL & Dave Henderson going to ground it does make you wonder why they have all started playing 'hide & seek'

The subject of the aircraft changing hands on Documents seen by the Sportsmail showing that it changed hands four times in a single day in 2015 is not uncommon when a FAA registered aircraft is coming into the EU AREA.

The complex paper trail on N264DB has made ownership of the Piper Malibu aircraft difficult to ascertain. It is registered with the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), who allow ownership details to be kept out of the public domain although the FAA aircraft register will always list the Owner/operator as filed on the Aircraft registry which in the case of N264DB lists Southern Aircraft Consultancy on their records whilst the beneficial owner could well be Cool Flourish.

To give an idea of how big the Southern Aircraft Consultancy is in providing Individual Trust Agreements for non US residents operating FAA registered aircraft the current number of aircraft under their management is 916 ( correct to 24/02/2019. )

This is a very lucrative market which whilst offering confidentiality to the beneficial owners has been shown that it causes mayhem in instances like this.

I suspect that Willie McKay has been the beneficial owner of a few aircraft under the Southern Aircraft Consultancy Individual Trust Agreements over the years. ( under the screen put up by Southern Aircraft Consultancy it can't be categoric that he was an owner of any aircraft under their trust but it is fair to say every FAA registered aircraft Willie McKay has been using are registered to Southern Aircraft Consultancy. )

The interim AAIB Report will hopefully be released @ 1400hrs on 25th February 2019 & then we can pontificate over their findings from an official report instead of dissecting what the journo's are slipping into the public domain.
