I read the AAIB report as a factual, neutral report.

The Mail have thrown every possible accusation they can at it.

    This is why I haven't purchased a newspaper since Jan 6th 2002.

From what I've read in the report and some comments on it on the other thread here, it's a pretty accurate summary. I can't see anything that isn't in the report..

I always strived to keep my posts to only containing facts instead of full of conjecture. I have been 'called out' for trying to keep a summary of facts here for all to see, now the AAIB interim report is out everyone who has been involved in the subject or investigation is open to speak more freely.....obviously I have had to hold back on the large majority of the facts already known to me & the colourblindness is just a small snippet that wasn't in the interim report but will be confirmed in the full report.

One part I have been cleared to post is a section of his PPL Document that states "Day Only"

That section alone is enough to conclude he shouldn't have been flying Sala at NIGHT, the other discrepancies in the licencing is just more coal for the fire.
