    Rotating the mid-field huh?

    Great tactics!

These professional athletes hadn't played for a fortnight. Needed a rest.

    Unlike the back four.

Best not to play yer best formation.

    Poor dears

2 games on the bounce he's completely subbed the front 3 during play. Does he think that midfield and defence are doing alright ?

    Re: Rotating the mid-field huh?

What Shanks said, no doubt about it. Somebody who puts their foot on the ball and gives the opposition something to think about.

No secret we don't have the most skilful of sides and Everton grew in confidence knowing that when any of our midfield get the ball, they would be like a rabbit in headlights. All they had to do was pressurise the man on the ball.

Feel a bit sorry for our front men whoever they are as they will be feeding off scraps but is it a coincidence in any of the games we've done well in, Callum Paterson has played?

CP is not a striker, nor a winger and, from what Neil says about him, not even a defender but how can the guy be left out with the resources we have available and the way we play

Given the comments from NW recently it seems Camarasa has given up and doesn't want to play, reading between the lines of his comments. A bit like Medel did last time in the PL, Ok for the 1st half of the season then disinterested for the rest. 4-4-1-1 tonight din't work. How is Bacuna on a 5 year deal? Bacuna and Gunnarsson in midfield against their 3. Warnock didn't even seem interested even at 0-1.

As soon a second I saw we had Hoilett, Reid and Mendez Laing all playing I knew we’d struggle

    Re: Rotating the mid-field huh?

Victor was there tonight and tweeted “Supporting the team from off the pitch tonight, but hoping to be well and able to help them on it soon.”

I can understand Warnock’s frustration but his treatment of Camarasa in his press conference yesterday was, at the very least, unhelpful. These things should be managed in house, the club is not in a position where it can afford to alienate the only quality midfielder in the squad.
