Thread: Premier League today

    Premier League today

10 mins to go at Watford and it's 1 - 1 with Leicetser

    Coming up

    Fulham v Chelsea
    Everton v Liverpool

Don't want Fulham to get anything, last thing we need is pressure from below

    FT Watford 2-1 Leicester.

    93rd min winner

    Re: Premier League today

I think Fulham have given up. I thought Scott Parker was a great player, but he's hardly inspiring.

    Re: Premier League today

Fulham just can’t simply defend I can’t believe they’ve had 3 managers now who start odoi

    Re: Premier League today

    Beardsley even.

Just turned the Fulham v Chelsea game on

Fulham really giving Chelsea a hard time and could equalise any minute

    Cairney is real quality.

I’d be looking to break the bank for him if we stay up.

Why hasn’t he been playing ??

One of the main reasons ranieri was sacked I think kept leaving out their best players for some odd reason. They’re good going forward but just can’t defend

    Very good going forward.
As s neutral it’s a good game to watch ( much as I hate admit it) with Fulham losing they are having to throw caution to the wind and Chelsea are defending desperately.

Doesn’t feel right wanting Chelsea to win though...

I know what you mean , I hate it when like yesterday Southampton were playing Manchester United and I was hoping for a late Manchester United winner

    Goes against the grain!

Still Fulham just had a goal disallowed in injury time and have now lost 2-1!

    Re: Premier League today

Looks like Fulham will be down by the time we play them.

Last 3 games could all be against teams with nothing to play for

When is that ever a good thing at the end of the season? This happens every year.

Good Teams far more likely to slip up when the stakes are high than when no pressure at all (especially Liverpool!).

Shit teams always start winning when pressure off and they are already down.

Yes i think Huddersfield got points at man city and then Chelsea in a week to stay up and send swansea down.

Nobody expected that so yes you are right.

Huddersfield last 3 games were man city and Chelsea away and arsenal home in wenger last game. Nobody gave them a hope but they pulled it off.

And in at least one Vale of Glamorgan residence too. Seconds after the final whistle at Goodison I received a curt text message that read: 'feck' which was accompanied by a miserable face emoji.

The sender is a very regular poster at this forum. I shan't name the blighter but can divulge he's a lover of utterly crap music and views every scrubber who appears on his TV screen as 'a right sort' who he'd waste no time throwing a leg over.
