They knew this game was off on 16thFebruary and should have been rearranged within 7 days
if the clubs cannot agree a date the Premier League should have decided the date.
what is going on and why are vitally important competition rules being broken.

Reading the various media it seems that the date for their Chelsea game will be rearranged first as Chelsea have very few potential free dates due to the Europa league.

Looks like no decision will be made until after March 18th, when the FA cup & Europa league results are known.

They can move games to a friday sunday tuesday in fact any day at ridiculous times but aren`t able to sort this out. probably waiting for Spurs to tell us when they`d like our game to be arranged.
