They won 22 points from their last 9 games. If Fulham miraculously managed that they'd deserve to stay up. Even Huddersfield would have a slim chance if they managed that, albeit that both have 8 games left and would need a total miracle.

TBH 2 points a game is about the most either could expect and on that basis Huddersfield are gone and Fulham need everyone else just above the line to lose virtually every game.

The contrast between us and Fulham considering what has been spent and that the pundits thought they were so much better than us is an eye opener.


We could stay up without getting points off top 6 clubs but will probably need to win 3 of the other 4.

Huddersfield aren't good enough and are done.

Fulham however- well i think we have all been waiting for them to go on their Leicester type survival run and win 5 or 6 in a row. They have the players to do something like that but for whatever reason it just isn't happening.

Time running out for them now and unfortunately for them (and us) it looks like being a high number of required points for survival this season.
