Just looked at:
https://www.skysports.com/football/n...ton-villa-game
Grealish takes a whack at the side/back of the head from a twenty-something bloke totally unexpectedly and far from 'over reacting' I'd suggest he did the complete opposite.
Always had a grudging admiration for him - takes knocks consistently throughout most games, and has stuck with his hometown club..
Grealish scores!
Shocking but ground closure or points deduction.
Short memories,A certain ref could have been killed or lost his eyesight if the coin had landed elsewhere on his head
What the **** is the matter with people?
I've always liked our derbies being Lively but to yourself to this is disgusting

That is disgusting. I’m no fan of Grealish the footballer, but how could anyone think that’s a reasonable thing to put on Twitter? I had no idea Grealish has had to deal with such tragedy in his life, knowing that now he goes up in my estimation as a person for still being able to build a career in such an unforgiving business.

Someone just posted his address on Twitter. He's had it, the spotty little twat
Anybody see the steward knee grealish in the back of his legs after he scored?
Got taken out by police but not sure if arrested or not.
Crazy considering was just a mid table championship game really.

The lad who posted that tweet about Grealish baby brother has pissed off an old Brum hooligan as well.

What a mess this thing is.
Idiotic behaviour from the Birmingham supporter. With the similar incident in Scotland last week are we seeing a new trend and how long before the press call for (God forbid) the return of the fences? If Birmingham are hit with severe penalties I can see other clubs ramping up security in the grounds which probably means an even less enjoyable match day experience for us all.
Another idiot just ran on the pitch at Arsenal
Alright then.... So who's willing to take one for the team and get a ticket in the Burnley end and... You know... Get them a points deduction.
They can't give Birmingham a points deduction for that one offence, despite hearing numerous people calling for it in the media. They shouldn't punish thousands of people for the actions of that one idiot... Who should be punished to the letter of the law.
They should absolutely threaten them with a points deduction if anything like it happens again though. Hopefully that would be enough of a deterrent. If that doesn't work, then f**k 'em, they had their chance.
My issue is the guy would have calculated he would be a hero by doing this. He would have.known he would be severely punished but his reaction walking off shows he believed he had the crowd behind him. If he did then they proved him.correct by cheering him off.
The punishment needs to make Birmingham fans hate him more than the villa fans. That's the only way to stop things like this. They do it for hero status.
I don't think a points deduction is the right answer though... but I don't know what would be the right answer (if there is one right answer).
If it was up to me, I'd want a long-stretch behind bars & being banned for life from any sporting event (however the f**k that could be policed) for the twat who did it, the club he supports facing a large fine for allowing a large breach of security (they're already looking at an FFP enema so a huge fine could be a great punishment), and a threat of 'behind closed doors' games and points deductions for any future incidents.
