    Decent results for us today

At HT today I’m pretty sure that Newcastle and Huddersfield were winning with Burnley drawing, but by FT both Burnley and Huddersfield had lost and Newcastle only scraped a draw in the 94th minute.

Fingers crossed that results continue to go our way.

    👍

Yes decent results. Pity Newcastle grabbed late goal.

Yes. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

They are edging to safety but thankfully Huddersfield keep sinking.

    Surely they are gone.

Don’t think we need to look down do we? Just up....

I’ve been nervously watching both Huddersfield and Fulham for new manager bounces but there has been no evidence so far, so hopefully you are right.

The only way we are going to stay up is focusing on the teams above us. When there is such a gap behind us, there is absolutely no point in looking behind us now

Not strictly true. We have still to play Fulham who are a team below us and need to focus on them when we play them.

They may well already be relegated by the time we play them but can't make my mind up if that will be a good thing or not

We're not catching Newcastle and Fulham and Huddersfield aren't catching us.

I've come to that conclusion as well.

We can forget about Fulham and and Huddersfield. If either finish above us we are definitely gone. Looks very much like us, Burnley or Soton for 3rd spot.

If either of them catch us, we are toast.

    Agreed 👍

    That Burnley result was massive.

Their next 2 are Wolves at home, and Bournemouth away.

If they get nothing from those 2 then we can put a big nail in their coffin if we beat them in a few weeks time
