Excellent band. Seen them twice, first time in the early 80s in London and then again a few years ago at St David's Hall

I first heard him around 1999 on Jules Holland. Went out and bought Take Your Shoes Off. Class act.

I loved his earlier stuff but really hated Hi Rhythm.

He turned from great blues to some kind of saccharine lounge - awful.
