A quarter of the population of Wales was not born in Wales, older people vote, older people tended to vote leave, migrants into Wales are often older, if Wales can get the home team vote out down the line and gain independence then that home team vote will look to join Europe.

Well in 2011 Wales had another devolution referendum and 2/3rds voted for more powers for the Assembly.
