I even own the 12" of this

Used to use the intro in my DJ set in the early 90's

I moved to Ibiza for the Summer in 91, went over at the start of June after college finished, met a girl, came back for 2 weeks and went back till Oct, Met Bez one night and had a few beers

If ever a music scene had a anthem it was this at the time, of course the Roses 1st Album was defining and much better than pill. thrills and bellyaches, fools gold was great, but this song really was iconic and just hit the spot

Did you see them at the Globe recently? Great gig and Bob Fish was in the audience and came in to do Come Back My Love.

Yes I agree it fitted with the times and i loved it.
But with the power of the internet I was quite shocked to discover it was a cover a few years back.
