    IS defeated in Syria

    The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces say the Islamic State group has lost its last bit of territory in Syria, bringing to an end its "caliphate".

    so not defeated then

    All countries have sleeper cells in case of invasion. There were a few infamous ones operating in mainland Europe.
