    Fulham Away

    Hi
I’m meeting my mate up in London prior to going to Craven Cottage. Ideally, we want to meet in the Cardiff City designated pub(s) prior to the game. Do any of you guys know which one it would be and how far it is from the ground please? We also intend have a few beers in London town after the game then getting the train home to Cardiff, so could you recommend a decent area to go out?
    Thanks for your help!

Head to Putney Bridge. There’s a few pubs there where City fans will be before the game. It’s 10 mins walk from CC.

The Dukes Head the other side of the river over Putney Bridge.
Probably 20 minutes walk but if the suns out sit outside you can look across to the ground and watch the river traffic.
Great pint of Guinness in there as well.

This one is a bit further to walk but if you appreciate good beer it is worth it http://www.bricklayers-arms.co.uk They don't do food and last time I was there they didn't do lager or take card payments

If you've got the time after the game go to Kings Cross and go to Millar's on the corner of Calendonia street, just off York Way next to KX Station. great pub, Cardiff prices, all the football on TV and a great craic. I've been drinking there for 13 years and its never changed and I've never seen bother in there despite fans of every Prem side (and other clubs) using it week in week out. It closes at 3 AM.
district line to Bakers Street, Metropolitan or Hammersmith and city to KX. Easy.

Cider, as some of us can’t drink beer or lager !!!!!

By the way “it’s a f ucking joke”

    Whoooooooosh

Not the cider bit, seriously some of us can’t drink beer and lager

    EDIT

Then again, what’s the point of going to a pub if some of your party drink lager and the pub don’t sell it ??????

    Fair enough.
I realised it was a joke and took it as one. I might have put a smiley in but I'm on my phone and can't do smileys on the mobile version of the message board

One less as of a few minutes ago. 😁Sorry, can't answer your question. Not sure how many were allocated but they haven't sold out yet. At a guess they will still be available Wednesday.
