Case in question for me is that Mrs Brown thing, it must have something, there’s some people I speak to who cream themselves over it, it even goes on nationwide live tours. I tried it, don’t think I lasted 5 minutes, in my opinion it was utter shite.

Different league altogether for me. Only Fools and Horses was down there with other predictable and unwatchable fodder like It Ain't Half Hot, Are You Being Served and a multitude of other comedies that could never bring even a smile to my face. Fawlty Towers was exceedingly clever, original and a masterpiece.

Yeah I would tend to agree.
On a different note, I absolutely loved father Ted when it was first on, but I saw an episode recently and it seemed like it has dated badly. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood, or i had seen it too many times, but it had definitely lost something.
