I think there are going to be a few clubs in trouble with FFP.

I think next season is a big opportunity to bounce straight back.

Nailed it. FFP is a massive problem for Championship clubs including Reading. We have virtually no money to spend this summer because we made an appalling loss in 2017/18 under the disastrous tenure of Ron Gourlay. There are at least three other clubs in a worse position than us so Cardiff should not fear the Championship next season.

If Villa don’t go up this season they will be in deep trouble with FFP and will have to sell the likes of Grealish to avoid falling foul of FFP.
