There's a rumour going round on twitter that it's Pulis. No idea where it came from or how reliable it is

If Warnock goes, then I’d love to get Kilmarnock boss Steve Clarke.

Oh God pleas no , dreadful Newport man , driven lots of previous clubs to distraction.

You thought Warnock and Slade applied (non risk footy) ,he brings it to a new dimension.

    Steven Gerrard .
    Young.
    Passionate.
    Modern Thinker .
    Very well connected.
    Would get dressing respect.
Get young merseyside academy's down on loans.

This to me is a step in the direction I'd like to see us take. I don't think we can jump to someone from Pep way of thinking nor do I want to see Pulis who, as good a man as he is, would be like Warnock but needing a larger budget and without the connection with the fans.

Reports suggest he's off to Schalke.

Cant seem to instill discipline in his players at the moment

    He’s done well this season.

Every other suggestion on here is a non starter for various reasons.

Personally I don’t think we can be too radical.

An experienced Championship manager is needed. We don’t have the structure or back up at our club to be radical.

Always liked Nigel Adkins and can’t see him being happy at Hull. Alex Neill maybe if we could persuade him to come.

Also think Mowbray has done well at Blackburn, but I might be pushing it a bit with him.

Hoping Warnock gives it one more year

I like Neil but he’s a non starter. Just signed a new 3 year deal after reported interest from West Brom.

Sergeant Hartman would struggle to install discipline into that Morelos bloke!

    Fair play to him.

I guess the contract doesn’t guarantee he won’t leave, but if he wouldn’t leave for West Brom it’s unlikely he’d come here.

Although given the way they treated Darren Moore then that might well have put him off
