Warnock has the best record in the world for getting teams promoted from the championship to the premier league. He’s already here. Keep him, back him, both at fan level and board level, let him go for his world record of promotions, and if we go back up, learn from this seasons mistakes. Disruption now could spell disaster.

Also it is important to remember, that Neil changed his tact in our promotion season around christmas time after he realised we had a real chance of Automatic. I remember the first half of the season he played pretty open and attacking football, with some big margin wins. In essence I believe when he has the players and resources, I do not believe he is as defensive at heart as some people believe.
