As the above article states, it's also trying to bully other countries to stop purchasing their oil. Revenue from oil sales represents over 40% of Iran's GDP. Clearly, Neocon Don and and the swamp creatures he appointed are trying to ruin Iran's economy. They've already succeeded in demolishing the purchasing power of their currency to induce raging inflation. The same playbook has been used in Venezuela where they also want to lay their hands on their even greater oil reserves while hoping their populations revolt so that a friendly stooge can be installed.
