That's it exactly, how many times have we seen a City player in a great position, the flag stays down and we get excited because we think he's clean through on goal only for the flag to go up as the ball reaches him and he becomes "active". This, apparently, is the correct thing for a linesman to do which means that today's official was way too eager with his flag - it should have been a penalty,

They were crap and deserved to lose.
This - they were dreadful and I'm glad they lost as I really don't like them and I've always liked Half Man Half Biscuit who I bet are made up.
