He’s doing an outstanding job with their under23 squad,I read that 12 made their debuts in first team this season,would be ideal for our Academy? His father wasn’t a bad Manager Real Madrid, Wales etc and we turned him down?

If you consider their U23s got relegated from the development league they were playing in last season I would add yes he is doing an outstanding job and hopefully he will do just as good a job with the first team.

I have also seen Cameron Toshack play and to call him Sunday League was an insult to many of the fat and hungover you've turned up so you can play Herberts I've seen play on a Sunday.

(I do appreciate many of his U23s were taken into the first team squad and it looks like a few more will be as well)
