Again, my own opinion but I don't think the 2019/20 Football season will be a vintage year for football kits.

There's loads of these garish colours going around.

Yes that Man City shirt is nice. I like simplicity and that shirt is very similar in design to the replica I wear to games. I think mine is from the 1969 season.
