Micah Richards and Albert Adomah among eight players released. Mile Jedinak, Alan Hutton, Tommy Elphick, Glenn Whelan, Ritchie de Laet and Mark Bunn have also been let go.

Any of them do a job for us next season?

Whelan is 35 and Jedinak 34. Adomah is a 31 year old winger. Surely we can do better than that.
