    Good evening for Welsh sport: success for Wales' women and youth rugby

    Wales's women beat top 20 ranked opposition tonight in Cardiff with a goal in extra-time. Hayley Ladd picked up her golden cap to demonstrate 50 gaps at senior level before the game, Kayleigh Green got the goal. Next home fixture for Wales is at Rodney Parade on 3rd of September.
